How to shop

Klarion.eu works just like other modern e-shops. The e-shop environment is as intuitive as possible and we are still working on improvements. If you are new to the Internet, we have a manual for you. For hassle-free shopping, we have prepared a short acquaintance with the purchasing process for you. We wish you a safe purchase ;-)

1. Add product/products to cart

To add the selected goods to the cart, click on the Add to cart link. This will add each product you select.

2. Go to cart

The entire purchasing process is completely secured by a security certificate. If you have all the products you want to buy in the cart, go to the cart, which is located in the upper right corner. Clicking on the cart and then View cart button will redirect you to the shopping cart. Carefully check all the goods in the cart. Here you can still think about your choice and, if necessary, throw the product out of the basket or even increase the number of pieces for each item. If everything is OK, click the Proceed to checkout button.

3. ORDER

The order form is divided into 2 parts. The right part contains summary information about the items in the cart and the left part contains 4 ordering steps:

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION - here you can choose whether you want to shop without registration as a guest (suitable for a one-time order) or with registration where an account will be created for you or you can log in here if you are already registered. After filling in the required fields, click the CONTINUE button.
2. ADDRESSES - please enter your shipping address here, which will also be used as your billing address. If you want to have a non-delivery billing address, uncheck Use this address for invoice as well at the end of the subform, then click CONTINUE. If you requested a different billing address, fill in the appropriate fields and finally click CONTINUE again.
3. SHIPPING METHOD - this step allows you to select the mode of transport. Please choose the mode of transport that suits you best and then click the CONTINUE button.
4. PAYMENT - here you can choose the payment method that suits you best. This step requires your agreement to the terms and conditions. If you agree, confirm your consent by ticking the box. Below is a recapitulation of the delivery address, billing address, delivery method and cart contents. If you want to change anything else, you can do so. If everything fits and is OK, please click on the BINDING ORDER button. Done. Thank you for choosing us. The Klarion team will take care of the rest.

4. PROCESSING ORDERS

We will begin processing your order as soon as possible. You will be continuously informed about the progress of the order. If the authorized employee has additional questions, he will contact you.

5a. PERSONAL COLLECTION

If you have chosen personal collection, the e-shop employee will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for collection. If you do not respond to the email, he will try to call you. If you do not lift, it will send you an SMS message. If we are unable to contact you at all, we will cancel the order and all possible deposits will be forfeited.

5b. DELIVERY OF GOODS AT THE ADDRESS

We carefully pack the goods so that they get to you in one piece. We use the services of the DHL courier service for transport. However, we cannot influence theoretically possible problems during transport. Therefore, when downloading, please pay special attention to:

• obviously damaged packaging/box
• wet cover/box
• open or glued package

Check the package properly before the carrier. If it is damaged, do not take it over and give Package Damage as a reason.
